From the Circle Line site: "From June 26th through October 13th "The New York City Waterfalls" will be on display along the East River. Circle Line Downtown will provide the OFFICIAL Water Tours with an audio introduction by the internationally renown artist who created them, Olafur Eliasson."
From NewYorkCityWaterfalls.com: "The New York City Waterfalls will be four man-made electrically-powered waterfalls erected in New York Harbor from mid-July to mid-October 2008 as part of a public art project. Each one is 90 - 120 feet tall (the highest will be approximately the same height as the Statue of Liberty). They will operate from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and will be lit after sunset. The Waterfalls are strategically located so that they are all visible from the South Street Seaport. One will be at Pier 35 in Manhattan (just North of the Williamsburg Bridge). Another will be situated under the Brooklyn Bridge, near the Brooklyn anchorage. Brooklyn also has one - between Piers 4 and 5 (near Atlantic Avenue), and one will be placed off Governor's Island."Latitude: 40°42′22.486″N Longitude: 74°0′10.663″W
