- You can follow a short path to get a better view... it's valet parking and it's LA so don't be cheap.

Directions
From the Valley: 101 North -> highland -> Rt on Franklin -> Rt at sign (You may miss it so drive slow its around a quarter mile on Fraklin) Than go up the hill to the top.
