This is the Sephardic Kashrut of the Jersey Shore. It's considered reliable for dairy and for meat, however, Ashkenazim might want to ask their Rabbi to see if they have the same standards when it comes to meat (though in practice, it seems that Ashkenazim DO rely on this hechsher).
